Email is the only channel: hello@topcoachf.com. One person reads it and replies within a few working days.

Write to us about

• A factual error in an entry, such as a location, an opening year or a feature that no longer exists.
• A hotel you think fits one of the four categories better than a current entry.
• Press or editorial questions about the index.
• Anything on this site that does not display or read properly.

What we can't help with

We don't take reservations, hold rooms or see anyone's bookings. For availability, changes or refunds, please contact the hotel directly or the service you booked through.

We also don't accept payment for coverage. Messages offering it go unanswered.

Hotels and their representatives

If you work for a listed property and see something out of date, send the correction with a link to where the new information is published. We update entries once we can confirm the change.
